Heart Yoga Intense
Outside, it's still gray, but the sun is starting to peek out more often. We eagerly await the warmth of spring, the refreshing breeze to thaw our frozen inner corners. Let your body finally warm up, awaken from its winter slumber, and smile wide. Everything that lies ahead deserves to be embraced with an open heart. Here comes the new, here comes April, and with it arrives Heart Yoga Intense.
Our stay begins on Friday at 4:00 PM, with a communal practice scheduled for 6:00 PM, and it concludes on Sunday at 2:00 PM. To cap off this magical weekend, I envision an EXCEPTIONAL yoga session flowing straight from the heart!
Vegetarian meals await us, with vegan options available upon request.
On every weekend yoga retreat, I'm open to your suggestions. We can always enrich our time together with jogalates or power stretching sessions as well.
Active relaxation
Access to an eco-friendly pool and a multifunctional sports court (for volleyball, tennis, handball, badminton, basketball, and a bocce court) is available.
Bonfire
You'll definitely feel time slowing down, and your mind starting to calm away from the noise and duties of the city. New plans and reflections will emerge, and perhaps you'll make an important decision about changes in your life.

* A non-refundable deposit of 400 PLN per person is required to secure your reservation, payable within 7 days after registration. * THERE IS A POSSIBILITY TO SPREAD THE PAYMENT INTO TWO INSTALLMENTS AFTER PRIOR ARRANGEMENT WITH THE ORGANIZER. * Limited availability.
