Up to 80 people across 19 cottages (each accommodating up to 4 people in single or double beds) and twin rooms in the main building. For one-day events, we can accommodate up to 150 people.

We are right in the heart of Poland and can be easily reached from virtually every corner of the country via motorways and expressways. The journey from Warsaw takes approx. 1.5 hours, from Łódź similarly, from Katowice or Kielce – approx. 2 hours, and from Wrocław, Kraków, Poznań or Bydgoszcz – approx. 3 hours.

Yes. The nearest airports are Warsaw Okęcie or Modlin. The nearest railway stations are Opoczno Południe or Tomaszów Mazowiecki (both about 15 minutes from us). We provide airport transfers and transfers to and from railway stations for our guests.

Yes. For organised groups, we recommend booking the entire venue — 19 cottages, 3 halls, the main building with a canteen, a large terrace and en-suite rooms for those who prefer to stay on their own. Complete privacy, no other guests.

Of course. We cook on site — breakfasts, lunches, dinners, coffee breaks with delicious coffee, a wide selection of teas, homemade cake and savoury snacks. We prepare meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Yes, we have a wide range of additional activities, including a sauna complex, massages, kayaking trips, electric bike tours, outdoor games and more.
